Nor can our warbird friends. The decal says they were made by Delco Products Division of General Motors Corp, in Dayton, OH, under license from Cleveland Pneumatic in Cleveland, OH. Spec No. is AAF 40228, and Part Number 8239A. LOCATED IN Bridgewater, VA, inspection or pickup by appointment only.
