It is mostly untouched except for the Horizontal Tail has been completed. Options Slotted electric flaps Tail nav antenna Right side brakes Wing extensions Rudder installation option It is probably a 90%-95% complete kit. It is missing a few things that were “on hold” or “back ordered”. Known missing items are firewall forward, Engine mount, upper and lower cowling, spinner, POH/owners manual, canopy aluminum latch, hydraulic pump.
