I can give your Rotax UL582 80hp & still use the stock factory exhaust. We don't hot rod the 582. We build it from the bottom up with parts made for the higher hp. Doing it any other way is a recipe for failure. This is not something we did overnight, it took me 17 years to get to this point. I figured out all the weak links. Our connecting rods, pistons & crankshafts are all built for the extra power. The 627 is super smooth & burns less gas than a stock 582. Win Win.!!!! We now offer powder coating & a complete SS hardware package. Some try to copy but no one comes close to Rotax Rick !!!!
