MY LARGEST NON RAVE VALVE ENG •

This is my 82hp Rotax 627 Super. We start with the stock 582 engine with the 1995 to current 26mm crankpins. Then we use larger connecting rods that were made to matched the 670's piston. The custom CPI cylinder head adds another 2 hp+. This is the highest hp Non Rave valve engine that I sell. It includes larger bore, cut RV Disc & larger main jets. Thats the different between a stock 582 & the 627 & all of my upgrades. It uses the stock 582 exhaust & burns less gas. It's the only 80hp engine out there & there is no 4 stroke worth messing with. Only $6250 The E gearbox $2450 Exhaust $775

Single ignition, rebuilt 582, with exterior paint. Super dependable ignition, installed hundreds of these, never had a failure. This is a major factor in why I can sell these engines cheaper. These engines have a standing reputation of running between 700-900 hrs. I am certified in Rotax engines, and have been building these engines for 25 years. Never had an engine sent back for any problems at all. These engines require no tear down maintenance what so ever. I supply you all the info of what you need to know, to take you out to 800 hrs, possibly more. I have rebuilt about 850

Were building a new Rotax 80hp 627 Goliath. It uses the stock exhaust, carburetors & is built from a stock 582 engine. We use improved & larger parts including the connecting rods & pistons. I do my upgrades.The 26mm crankshaft Rotax introduced in 1995 is is the key to success. BUT it needed the 2nd oil slot on the lower rod bearing & the oil injection pump increased to 40 to 1 The 582's reliability would increase 75% or more. They didn't, BUT I DID !!! Now with the larger rods that are made even for a larger engine than the 670 we have ultimate 2 stroke Aircraft engine under 80 hp Only $6250
