The tall/long-legged will likely find it uncomfortable to have the knees so close to the panel. I've consolidated the analog instruments to a compact EFIS and engine monitor at the top and cut out the leg area in the remaining panel blank spaces to achieve better comfort. (See image with my legs with feet on the rudder pedals.)
